Abstract
The school is submitted to the requirements of society of whom it bellong to part, so that it answers each of the needs that arise in tuning with the coordinates and challenges of that society. This response in a society like ours has to see with the development of a democratic and inclusive education. This means that school must develop processes and capable strategies of generating a satisfactory response in the classroom in that perspective. The cooperation in the classroom is a concrete offer orientated when generates in the clasroom a pedagogic utilization of the differences between the student body, which turns the diversity into a useful resource that contributes to the development of democratic schools, stimulating the reflection and the necessary discussion, among students, teachers and families over a project of education orientated to assume the responsibility of educating in and for democracy. This work has been orientated to explore in which way teachers perceives this type of processes and its organization
