Resumen
The difference between an generalist teacher and a specialist one would be in their complementarility. This approach will be developed using the European Common Framework of Reference for the FLT and it means a change of paradigm. The didactic and holistic approaches, socially and ecological correct (respect the differences and refuse the discrimination) develop: the ethics and the deontology of teachers. Strategic and cross pedagogical areas. Adapted methodologies to the needs of pupils. Team work. Know to know (learning for life) as social, personal, working autonomy and survival.
