Zusammenfassung

Comprehensive training of university students requires the collaboration of diverse matters and subjects; it is therefore indispensable to set multidisciplinary projects that include the different areas of knowledge concerning undergraduate degrees. Mobility of students during their studies and especially after their degrees makes also necessary internship in professional environments, where it is especially important the knowledge of a foreign language (French) that allows the students to communicate in real situations related with professional and working environments in French-speaking companies. Therefore, with the subjects Human Resource Management and French, we come up with the idea of planning work seminars that go far beyond the simple acquisition of academic theoretical knowledge and address practical aspects that allow our students to develop language and communication skills and social abilities to perform effectively in francophone working environments, standing out the importance of the intercultural differences.
