Didáctica de la interpretación en el sector de los negociosel uso de terminología especializada sobre agroalimentación en discursos acerca de la elaboración de productos británicos

Abstract

The present contribution aims at giving a brief introduction to liaison interpreting, which is the most used modality within the field of businesses. With this purpose in mind, we suggest an interpretation exercise that takes place in wine-sector, still a relatively unexplored field in relation to interpretation and, at the same time, offering considerable benefits to the Spanish Industry. In the lights of the checks carried out and the scarcity of training resources, we propose the creation of a didactic unit for university lessons, that would be also suitable for postgraduate students, university courses or even self-learning. The activities that compose it belong to a research project for teaching interpretation in the agro-food field.
