Abstract

Our purpose is to analyze Le Corricolo, by Alexandre Dumas, as a story of journeys that explodes in multiple ways of apprehending literature, and that, in turn, is imbuing the form of the travel book with the various forms of adventures. The greatest contribution that we see in the book of Dumas is that of giving form of adventure to the past history, always counting on the game of irony.
