Abstract
In this contribution we propose a reflection on the inequalities and on the specific nature of the forms of lack of recognition that women suffer –for the fact to be women– in the field of culture. We propose a commitment by the public authorities and the State itself for a new constitutional pact, made with a gender perspective, in which the culture and the process of social construction of it should have a major presence.
