Resumen
Today is reflected the coexistence of various cultures in the same area either physical, political or social. We live in the era of globalization. The borders are blurred. So far it becomes nearby. We discovered that the needs of others do not differ in much of ours, and that the obstacles or cultural barriers are easier to lift of what we think. Bringing this reflection to the course of the teaching of a foreign language, the elements that make up and give meaning to a new methodology for teaching-learning try to be an open window toward the culture of another and, to achieve that goal is incorporated in the process of teaching, learning new technologies; they are a powerful ally to enhance and get the effects that pursues, i.e. preparing citizens increasingly free, caring and responsible. Also, the new technologies facilitate extraordinarily an intercultural approach: the communication between people, of cultures identical or different, the same country or in distant lands; the distances are shorter, and the difficulties in reaching out to others, too. In this article, we intend, at first, exposing the importance of an intercultural approach to second language education, then analyze the parameters that define a methodology intercultural and, finally provide an example of teaching-learning a foreign language
